Incident Report for Lunchbox
Resolved
An incident has been resolved where service for our Pickup and Delivery services via Lunchbox powered Apps and Websites, as well as our Admin Dashboard, were degraded. During this time, Admin dashboard functionality and well as Pickup and Delivery ordering was intermittently unavailable.

This did not affect any in-store operations like Scan to Pay or In-Store Loyalty.

The timeline of this incident occurred from 2:37am - 8:56am ET, and we do not expect any further issues.
